I hope someone can help me. I downloaded 4.5.0.46 OS and start the install. Everything was going fine and then Blackberry Desktop asked to reboot. I said "OK". When it came back nothing happened. DTM never started again and now my 8320 will not turn on at all and the LED is blinking red and 2 blinks every 3 seconds or so. Also, my pc tells me that it does not recognize the device when plugged in. What can I do? Did I kill me Curve?

then reload your operating system

Also, after you get your device up and running again, make SURE that the DM is working ok. Do a back up or two to make sure it is funtioning correctly. The Desktop Manager is critical.

THANK YOU!!! Everything seems to be working great! I had to go to work so I didnt get to reload my backup. Video is great. After about 20 mins with it, I love it. Thank you again, you guys are great!!

I actually did this on our 8100 yesterday and had the same issue. I launched loader.exe from c:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\apploader\loader.exe and it loaded just fine. If it happens again, this seemed a tad easier than running through JL_cmder.
