i am running BES 4.1.6 windows 2k3 sp2

i just recently updated our server from 4.0 to 4.1- i got everything up and running but now i can't add a new user? the user is showing in the legacy manager snap-in but won't show in the new one?

i "add new user" the screen refreshes and nothing the user isn't there! am i missing something? still getting used to the new interface with 4.1

unable to add user as BES admin or Local Domain Admin.

this is the message in the event log:

Yes

i also see this message:

are the tables in the database in order? something could need a re-index...

one of the user i tried to add magically appeared don't know how but they did.

Ok now i am having the same issue again. i am not sure how the previous user was added but they somehow appeared in the New BB manager MMC. now i have (6) more users i want to add.


When i add the users they ALL appear in the BB Manager Legacy MMC but, they will not show in the new MMC. i am missing something here?

been using the new one but they don't show up. they only show in the old MMC?
