I have a BlackBerry World Edition and will soon be upgrading to the Storm 2 (Verizon). I am interested in having a theme where the icons in the Home Banner are larger ( or if not possible I need better eye sight). Is it possible to take a Today screen (the current one I have is BlackBerry Dimension Today) and make the icons for "phone message" and maybe others larger? Also if possible I would like to have "address book" icon on home page.

Is is possible to use the Theme Studio to do the above and if possible can I take the current theme and modify it or do I have to start from scratch.

Your suggestions and comments are greatly appreciated. Of course if you can point me to themes that already meet my hopes I would appreciate that.

You cannot modify an existing theme. You would have to start from scratch.

You can modify the theme if you have the .thm file. Most developers will not give those up, but some do. I know that on CrackBerry, there is a thread in the Storm theme section where people have shared themes and icons, hidden docks, etc. You may want to check there.

The icons are limited by the theme builder, depending on the device of course. The icons on the Storm2 that you mention are 80x80, as opposed to the 48x36 on your World Edition, so they will be about twice as big.
