Exclamation No Enterprise Server

Please Login to Remove!

Hi. Just new to BB.

I asked a friend to get me a blackberry curve 8520 in Dubai and have it sent to the Philippines. I can go to the Internet via the web browser and can access my emails there.

However, I want to set up an email for my blackberry but I can't do so. When I go to the Set up, I'm asked if I have an Enterprise Activation Password (which I don't know where to get) and an Activation Server Address (which I do not know).

Can someone help me please?

You must have a BlackBerry Data Plan activated - that is different than the normal internet data plan which you may currently have. Contact your carrier.

Good luck and welcome.
