I am very far from any technical stuff. But I have very simple question and maybe you can give me simple answer and recommendation.
I have a company Blackberry with company plan. Can our network administrator or someone in company IT track my blackberry activity, for example my personal banking or my ebay purchases, paypal etc.
And if yes, is there anyway it can be blocked from them viewing it?

Yes, they can see your web browsing activity.
No, you can't block them from viewing it if that's what they choose to do.
