MessageSchedule allows to schedule messages to be sent at a certain time and date. It works for emails and sms text messages, and even integrates into the BlackBerry's native Messages application. By hitting "Schedule Reply" or "Schedule Forward" a message reply or for can be scheduled right out of Messages. Pretty handy!

I uninstalled the app. It was a bit slow and not as user friendly as I would want. Can't go wrong with the price however.
