I am having problems login in to blackberry apps world on my 8520,I keep getting thin messege "An error has occured.Please try again later". I have been getting this error message for days now, cam someone help please ?
It may not help, but if you haven't already done it, you should do a hard reset. If that doesn't fix it, then probably there is nothing to do but wait, as joginder says. If it has been days, though, I would contact my service provider....they are first line support for the device and the stock apps.
To do a hard reset, with the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds.
