I just spent a fair amount of time figuring out how to set my profiles for ringer/vibrate settings. I was thinking there has to be a better way, like software that lets you do this in Windows where you get a broader picture. That is, it would be nice to see all the settings in a spreadsheet-type screen and then upload it to the BB.

the only way to do this would be to go into your profiles > select advanced > highlight a profile that you want to customize > press the BB (menu) button > select edit > and then play with it from there...
