When I put music on my BB pearl, the music is fairly loud. When I try to use a songs as a ring tone, it's really quiet. I believe I have all the necessary volume controls up as far as they can go, is there something else I am missing or can do to make them louder?

Goto your ring profile and scoll down to advance and select phone then adjust the vol. Level.

I just received the 8310 Curve. Looking to change the ring tones, and could not find it in the users manual. Can anybody advise me how to change ring tones??

Yea, look on the BlackBerry > Profiles > Advanced > edit the active profile.
