I am using BES for lotus note.
Lotus note Users can use the PC web interface to send and receive email. Meanwhile we have some top executives that uses Blackberry device to send and receive email as well.

The problem is the Top executives cannot view attachments such as word, excel etc sent by other lotus note users within the organisation. The attachments comes out in an unreadable format sometimes the see the message "Document is empty"

Did you make sure your running the attachment service?

Do yo have mail quota's set up? and like Jason1114 said, is the attachment service running.
