Default Memory card size???

Please Login to Remove!

I was wondering if anyone can tell me the maximum size of memory card that can be used in a 8220 that is running OS 4.6.0.180. I've been told both 16gb and 32gb by friends less knowledgable than you guys. Also does it pay to invest in a really fast card (6 or faster). I like to listen to music, and surf the internet on Wi-Fi, but I mainly use the 8220 as a phone and organizer.

Default Thanks

Thanks for the really quick reply to my post (32mb it is). Now if you can just point me to the link that will show me any operating advantages to upgrading to a fast (6 or faster) card before I make the investment (difference of $59.00 vs over $200.00). I guess the second part of my question is simply are there any advantages to the way the phone uses the card that justify the huge difference in price.

Default Thanks

Thank you guys for your help. I will continue to explore this website to learn as much as I can about my Blackberry smartphone, and hopefully won't have to bother you with such basic questions. It is good to know that highly knowledgable people are around to help if I really mess it up (I'm sure I will).

PS: will you please close this thread as I don't know how to
