Looks to be a Curve of some description.

Remove the battery. It should be on a white tab along with the serial number, IMEI/ESN and PIN.

Should also be on one of the "About" screens.

Looks really small... The Green and Red phone keys don't match RIM's.. and the BlackBerry name is suppose to be above the LCD not below..

Odd looking thing.. Photoshop?

The blackberry icon should be on the top faceplate not under the LCD, weird. Looks skinny too, never seen that before.

Like mentioned did you check for a serial code?

That's not a BlackBerry. It's a fake.
Among other obvious tells, the keyboard has 4 directional arrows for up/down/left/right.
No BlackBerry device has such a thing.
