Default What the heck happened to my Blackberry?

Please Login to Remove!

First of all, please dont flame me, I just really want some help.

I deleted Word mole from my BB, and it asked to restart it, so I did. And when it came back on, all these error messages popped up, one after another, and I kept hitting okay, about 8 of them came up saying stuff like Error: Application permission or something like that.

Now its as if my BB has been erased. All my ringtones are gone, all my pictures are gone, I cant change the profile (its as if there is no profile, I scroll up to where the profile icon is supposed to be and it is just an empty box), there is no message or email application, among other things. What happened?

There are some stuff that is still intact such as my alarm clock, BBWeather, my contacts, and my memo's.

Can someone help me? This is a serious issue

The main thing is the Profile (vibrate, loud, etc) is nowhere to be found. I can take new pictures, can get new ringtones, and I just ran the setup wizard again to setup my email all over again on the BB, so everything can be replaced or whatever. But I have no idea what do do about this nonexistant profile, I know that sounds weird but there literally is an empty box on the top left corner of the home screen.

Wipe the BB, reload the OS, see how that goes.

Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

A less intrusive approach may be to hook up your desktop manager click advanced and restore your profile modules from a backup depending on your phone and if you indeed have a backup.

do a battery pull!!!!
and then another.
until it boots without java errors, and until everything is back again.

IF that doesnt work, do the above.

What OS version are you running. This is a common occurrence with early Bold OS releases.

Thats the answer right there. This happend to me a lot! Once i see errors i do battery pulls until the phone reebots with no errors and u'll see all your icons in the right place as well as your emails and such. Dont wipe the OS first....

Battery pull is the first thing you should do with any problem.
It clears 99% of problems.
