Our President wants to do the following:

Be able to send e-mail from his 8830 to an employee in the company that is not in his Outlook contacts, without doing a lookup.

He asked his admin to load all 300 employees into his cotnacts so he would have them on his BB, but I stopped him becuase I know there is a limit to the number of names that will sync to his BB.

Does this makes sense?

Does anyone know if this is possible?

You could use something like galsync to do this: SlipstreamSolutions.co.uk | Products | GALSync Server for Blackberry and Windows Mobile

300 contacts shouldn't be the limit. I have users with 5K+ contacts who sync this with Notes/Domino.

Yes, I know that but he already has thousands loaded and this isn't a good solution anyway.

I have users with 15000+ contacts on the BlackBerry and other than a really looooong Desktop Manager sync, it seems to work fine (some of these are 7290's). I just need to find out how to WIRELESSLY sync the PAB and the corporate address book...
