You mean no ringtone issues (ie them missing) or it suffers from the no ringtones bug that 4.5.0.77 has?

This release fixed the problem with Sprint Radio
Memory usage seems lots better. Before, with .77 I had 500k-2M free.
With .101, I've got between 6M-8M free

And the memory leak problem in 77 is either better or completely fixed. I haven't dropped below 10MB yet, and after this amount of time the 77 version would have definitely been below that for me.

I've been at over 12 MB since installing - no leak. Also, the browser loads pages MUCH faster. All assigned ringtones are intact, and in fact the HH is just faster in general. No major glitches thus far!

There are some glitches in this version, first, try playing a youtube video through the browser.

Fullscreen is not working for media player. Just get out of full
screen mode and youtube will work. For Sprint customers the
SprintTV and radio seem to be working as before.

I cant complain, memory leak is almost absent from this release and youtube is working, except for the full screen issue, for a bell customer that is great news, the icons not staying after reboot is still there though. Can't wait for the actual release.

All looks well with the following:
Roboform
Corrigo Worktrack
Flycast
SprintTV and Radio
NFL Mobile
OliveTree BibleReader
TheStreet.com Mobile
Google Mail, Maps (with streetview) & Sync
iSkoot for Skype
WindowsLive Messenger
Documents to Go

Will try to previous version of SprintTV to get YouTube in full screen

I installed .101 directly over .77 after doing a full backup. After install, I restored the backup and all was well except Pocket Informant acted strange. I removed PI and then reinstalled and all was good.

I have the "full screen" issue with Youtube as well, but given that I didn't have Youtube at all for the longest time (I'm with Bell), I'm OK with that since I tend to use Youtube mostly on my Laptops/Desktops anyhow.

Now one has to wonder when RIM will release an "official" 4.5 for the 8830.

For me video doesn't work at all, not from the browser or regular media player, full screen or not. I almost want to go back to .77!!
Not sure how new this is: When in BBM and press call it will ask if you want to call which ever contact was highlighted or in that convo. Seems kinda useful but annoying since if you want to call someone else, you can't!!
It may not be new, I just never noticed it before.

Hmmm. It was out a few days ago. I missed it. Found it now. Thank you for the heads up.

I chickened out. I am probably switching devices in a week and .77 is stable enough. I downloaded it but did not run the program.

Also, I notice the "volume blast" bug still plagues me sometimes. And it seems to be louder!

No joy on the YouTube full screen by switching back a few versions. But if that's the worst of it I'll stick with 101. So far so good.

Still can't get my address problem fixed. Since multiple address books have been introduced, activating on a Unite server and then syncing through usb is a complete nightmare. We need a way to either manage the different address books on the device. Cmon RIM, get it together.

SO im having a weird issue. i just updated to 4.5.0.101 with no problem since ppl were talking about YouTube i decided to check it out. so it opens a video in the media player and isnt full screen. the problem is you cant touch any of the options when you click the options button it shows up behind the YouTube video and theres no way to exit it i have to restart to get it to shut off. anyone else having the same issue? or know what to do about it

Just let the video finish, then you will be able to hit the menu button and uncheck "Full Screen" that will fix the issue
