Waiting for a little more feedback before testing it out myself, but always good to know it's available.

Default Has anyone downloaded the leaked 4.7.0.90 OS yet for 9530?

Just wondering if it's worth the risk to upgrade from .85

After reading the comments over at CrackBerry I think I'm gonna load it tonight and test it out for the next couple of days.

Wow! this is by far the best beta release for the 9530 yet. Portrait to Landscape switches are significantly faster, Scrolling feels much crisper and they added a full QWERTY keyboard in Portrait mode. Also after a battery pull with no applications running i see a much larger amount of free memory compared with the original OS. From 36mb on .75 to 47mb in .90!!!! UPGRADE NOW!!!! its worth it, its like i have a whole new phone!

There is a QWERTY keyboard option now in portrait mode. You will need to go to options/screen-keyboard/portrait view keyboard and change it from SureType or Multitap to Full Keyboard.

I haven't noticed anything else new as of yet. This version seems much more responsive. I have read some are having issues with the camera. I haven't had them though. I haven't been in my car as of yet to see if the blue/red LED issues has been resolved as well.

I have installed beta versions of 4.5 for my curve since they first started coming out and never had a problem but im kinda skeptic of installing them on my storm.. I treat my storm like a million dollar diamond! But i guess ill give it a try...

Do i still need to delete the Vender.xml?

Yes! It's been fixed in .90! This was a big nuisance for me with .86, since it connects automatically to my car every time I drive it....

Installing this right now. .85 has been the best for me. I haven't had some of the issues that others have had with it, but hoping .90 will be even better.

The full keyboard in portrait mode is long overdue.

Cool. I let my phone auto-connect to my car as well. I noticed the LED issue would occur if you got a message (email/text) while having an active Bluetooth connection to something. If I did not get a message, I wouldn't get the LED issue. Anyway, I am glad it is fixed.

I am not sure about anyone else, but this beta operating system seems to be the fastest yet. It could just be me but the keyboard seems more responsive overall to anything touch related.

Well, if that's the case, then I guess I'm not 100% sure it's been fixed, as I don't think I received a message on my way into work today. The upgrade last night kicked me off the enterprise activation, so I wasn't getting my normal barrage of helpdesk emails all the time...
