Yea, it will be back up. I don't know of another carrier with that release. There is lower verions of 4.5.0.37, but I just don't recommend that one on the 8320.
Just wanted to note for JL Commander, in Vista, you'll need to type CHDIR to change directories - its not CD anymore...may want to update that for the faq as well.
So to go from C:\ to C:\program files you'd type
CHDIR C:\Program Files

4.5.0.75 did not work on my 8320 T-mobile device. OS loaded and appeared to be ok, but after a while it would begin endlessly restarting. Did a complete "delete all data" OS load twice to make sure this wasn't user error.
Did you read through the thread where it's a known issue with the media card? Usually removing the card will fix it. Once you narrow it down to the card you can copy your data to the PC and then reformat the card. This is posted in lots of threads about upgrading to 4.5.
Also, there's no need to double and triple post.

Thanks to all for info contributions thus far. I'm still debating. My main concern in the lower volume. Also, is it just me, or is the site down again right now?
Just updated and it took about 20 minutes. At first it crashed out but unplugged it (bold I know) then reconnected it and restarted DM. And it loaded the basics.
I unchecked the backup options during the upgrade, possibly the reason it went so fast.
Anywho, so far all the basic stuff is rocking.
I'm searching for a list of bugs or issues people have so I can go through them and see whats whats.
So far NO issues with Youtube, UMA, my Media Card, AIM or GTalk.
I have no idea when this was added but I just found this by accident. If using the media player to listen to music (even if running in the background) that the volume keys will not only increase and decrease volume but if you hold them down they will skip to the next song or previous song.
This could have been there for the last 6 months for all I know, but thought I'd share it.
