Yes there are specific regional promo pricing, currently in affect in a few markets nationwide. There are a few that have the $9.99 single/$19.99 family, some with a $14.99 single/$24.99 family, the rest are all in the $19.99 single/$29.99 family pricing. All three are reasonable if replacing a landline, but if you just are needing more minutes the $9.99 is very attractive. To get the market specific prices you must have a billing address in that market, sorry for those not in the test areas.
