I had been experiencing extremely slow upload and download times on my BB 8330 with 12 GB of memory. I've upgraded to 32 GB and nothing has changed at all. Still super slow. Unit gets hung with the hourglass flipping for hours unless I do a battery pull. What new experience am I suppose to realize after upgrading from 12 to 32? I thought I would get more speed. I'm desperate at this point and ready to bail on BB. can anyone help?
PS: Is this upgrade of RAM or ROM? I thought it was RAM

You're adding a bigger media card. That won't do anything with download speeds on your device. Your upload/download speeds depend on your network/coverage. If the device is lagging, it is most likely due to low memory, and if that is the case, you can't add internal memory to the device. What is your file free on the device?
