okay, just got my new 9700, upgraded from 9000...having some serious issues with my emails...

i have at least 8 email accounts setup under the bb...when i first got the 9700, i had to re-setup a few emails as told by sales rep at store...which is fine...i got home, plugged both my bold (9000) and 9700 to my pc and had desktop manager on...did the whole transfer thing from 9000 to 9700, which was cool...

now, on my new 9700, my emails are all over the place...i have incoming emails sent to email adddy "A", when i know FOR A FACT, that it was suppose to have been sent to email addy "B" (i just know b/c the sender of the email does not know my other email addresses)...so i resent my service books, which solved this issue somewhat...

secondly, i have an icon in there, in which i dont use that email address anymore...i can't simply just delete the icon from menu, so i need another option aside from 'hiding it'...(in particular, it's my blackberry.net account, i register with new name as i was prompted to, and my old username icon/folder is still there)

next thing, i have Aol email accounts set up, two total...now i DO NOT have the aol icons under each email folder, which is not a big deal for me, however, i have the Aol icon under a total different email address thats not even Aol...i need to change that, HOW????...i've tried resending service books and doing the battery pull thing...

Unfortunately I think this might be an OS issue. I have had this problem with my Tour since I updated to OS 5. What OS are you running on your 9700.

@gqsmuv, I can tell your flustered, but the specific version of OS 5 may be having bugs that are fixed with the latest version. So when you goto Options> About, that first screen should say OS 5.0.0.xxx (this is what zerog46 is asking for).
