Default Wireless Sync Missing

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

One of my users is saying his contacts are not syncing. I asked him to go to ADDRESS BOOK->OPTIONS and change WIRELESS SYNC, he says that option is missing. I know it was there before. What could have caused this? I may just wipe the device and do another Enterprise Re-activation. Any other suggestions gurus??

Thanks,
Rich

That might be fastest way to get him going but you can also try resending service book from BES...or pull HH battery out and reboot.

Thanks for the reply. I tried resending the service book and removing the battery but that didn't work. I just wiped the device and completed a new enterprise activation. That worked. It seems like the most effective way anyways.

Have a great weekend!

Well, you can restart EA on the device, no wipe.

Also the wireless sync disappering thingy happens quite a lot times in our environment, wondering what could be the trigger. We are loosing sync in contacts and calender.

Anyone else experienced this before and know how to fix it?
