I tried deleting it from the phone and got that same error. Use Desktop Manager to uninstall it. It worked for me.

Its TOO expensive. Not worth 30.00. 14.99 tops. If it were n=more reasonably priced I would have bought it and he would have sold alot more.

I guess different needs for different people. Hope all the negative comments do not discourage Mobylo or anyone else from making programs only if the majority approves. I need this alarm program and I LOVE IT! Keep up the good work.

Default New device

I have upgraded to an 8800 from the 8700. When I try to use my code given to me when I first bought the product (I was a tester), it says it is invalid. What do I need to do to get it to work on the new device? I have sent you an email to customer service but have not gotten any response.

Thanks in advance!

Dear HRom,

We apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we haven't received your email - perhaps it was blocked by an 'over-active' antispam filter or dropped somewhere by an overloaded server.

We request you to write to support@mobylo once more - and also mention your BBF screename "HROM" so that they know its from you.

Also, for 8800 please install MultiAlarm version 4.1

Best Regards.

I was so excited to see a program for multiple alarms. I'm a college student who needs several wake up calls and would love to have multiple alarms set up for what days I have early classes and days I have my late classes. So much easier than changing it every single day for whichever class I have.

But I agree with everyone else, $30 is WAY too much for a program like this. most people aren't going to waste that amount of money on a program that could easily be $5 to $10. The amount immediately changed my mind about this program. I don't know anyone who would pay that much for this program. Sorry. Just my opinion though.

yeah so my trial STILL locks up my pearl...
thats besides the point...
Not to be rude Mobylo...Why exactly is this App $30 again?
Did it take a team of programmers years to complete?
Or are you just looking to make a buck?
If thats the case FINE. You'd make even more money
if the program was cheaper so more people would buy it.
The majority of comments in here and elsewhere on multiple
threads have asked and asked you to lower the price.
How about giving in to what your user base wants.

I'm feeling boycotts comin round the bend...

I'm in sales so I have bought two of their apps, QuickResponse and the MultiAlarm and I never had any issues ever!

Plus, I am totally wowed by their top-notch support. I'm sure all customers of any mobylo app will agree with me.. you just have to experience it to believe it..

btw Jllama, if it is not working why are you bothered about price at all! Just curious ;) 'You get what you pay for', and I dont mind paying for quality software.

I have to agree, I bought it and have had fantastic service from them (no software issues, but they promply provided a new key when I upgraded my device).

If you don't need this functionality - then you don't need it and don't buy it. Some of us find it useful, and worth the asking price. For most professional software, you pay for more than the S/W itself, your purchase contributes to future enhancements, support, etc.

Back on topic - this software works great on my 8800, and I like the improvements over MultiAlarm 3.0!

Thanks for the quick response. Got the code and it works. Having one problem on the 8800. When an alarm goes off, wahtever tone I have set only rings once and once the dismiss option comes up the ringing stops. Red light also flashes then but this is less of an issue. How do I get the tone to continue ringing until I tell it to dismiss or snooze? Thanks

You can change the number of beeps in by editing the Profile. Select Profiles -> Edit -> and Choose the active Profile. In there you will see MultiAlarm Tone 1, 2 and 3 listed as editable features. Here you can set properties like Led Flashing and Number of Beeps.

In your case, the LED is flashing because "Repeat Notification" is probably set to "LED Flashing" - If you don't want the RED Led to flash just set it to None. You can also set the properties like "Number of Beeps" to 3 and Volume to High.

Thanks.

Here's my situation...at work I am a computer operator and I have to check my systems every 30 minutes. My shifts are 8 pm to 8 am. Can I make a setting where it goes off every 30 minutes from 8:00pm to 8:00 am and then be able to turn it off on my days off and then turn it back on and still have that setting on my work days? Also, can I use a ring tone for the alarm sound?

Dman, what you want is this -
1. The alarm should sound every 30 minutes.
2. It should allow you to set it OFF, and later when you switch it ON it still retains your settings.

What MultiAlarm can do is this -
1. When you set an alarm you can set the snooze to be every 1, 5 or 10 mins. Alternatively, you can set the individual alarms 30 mins apart.
2. There is a HOLD feature in the latest version 4.1, where you can just HOLD the alarm anytime, and then again ENABLE it back later. This will retain all your settings.

Apart from that, MultiAlarm has various features like, an alarm can set it to run only on specific days of the week, say just on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We invite you to download a Fully Functional FREE 30-day trial of MultiAlarm, and see how it suits your needs. You may use either of the following two links for download -

Desktop: www.mobylo.com
Mobile OTA: http://m.mobylo.com

Thanks.

i am so tempted to buy this app, but im curious about one thing...when the alarm goes off, how long will it play for? right now with the alarm that comes with the phone it will only play 30sec of whatever song i choose which is a bit irritating hearing only a 30sec loop...i want to hear my whole song. So will this Mobylo alarm FINALY play my entire song that i choose to wake up to?

It gives you 3 slots for any MP3 file of choice. I just tested a 3 minute song for an alarm and it only played for like 30 secs.

P.S. So, to answer your question, NO!!!! it won't play your whole song.
