Hi all, I've got a blackberry 7200 series which is automatically deleting emails after 24 hrs. It is running BES4 and I've check all the settings on the blackberry itself and can find no reason as to why. Has anybody else ever come across this problem or have any suggestion as to what might be the cause Any help would be much appreciated.

check how much space is free on the device via options > status

if it's low it will start to delete random (old) stuff, that is one reason.

you can also check message handling

messages > options > general options > keep messages

set this to forever
