hey, i am the system admin for a company that is converting to the blackberryy 7290, i have gotten everyone up and running, but one personn is having a strange issue, and that is this:

it will not recondile automaticly, he is having to go in and telll it to reconcile now. but i have it set to delete from both mailbox and handheld, wireless is on, and it is set to desktop.

it will not even show that he has read an e-mail in outllok even though it was read in the blackberry.

he does get all his e-mail in both the mailbox and in theblackberry, but it will not delete in both until he clickk reconcile now.

anyone have any idea how too correct this?

is he waiting 20 minutes? are the original messages in Outlook being left in the Inbox or moved to the Deleted Items?

he has left it all day, it stay in his inbox. everyone else will even sync and show read in both places, his does not do this, he get the e-mails from exchange to the blackberry, and his calender syncs up too, so i am really confused!

i assume on bb, email, opitons, reconcil, delete on for mailbox and handheld; wireless recon is on also

regenerate the encryption keys. if it's not marking the items as read, it definately won't reconcile the email.

try that first...

len, that is conerrect, it is set to prompt, and we are telling it to delete from both.
