There's a new free MapQuest application in Beta - MapQuest Mobile 4 - not to be confused with MapQuest Navigator or their WAP site. You can pan & zoom on interactive maps, get bird’s-eye-view aerial maps, show your location on a map, find businesses & call or map them, get a list of turns & a map of the route to go between places, check traffic conditions & more. Beta versions are out now for the BlackBerry 8830 on Sprint or on AT&T, the 8800, 8820 & 8310, with a promise of support for more handsets soon. When I go to the download, the only option is for the 8830.

Same here, but I downloaded it anyway and it works fine with my 8310.

Well, I take this statement back. It's starting to not work properly. So maybe it's not for the 8310. Has anyone seen one that specifically say 8310 and not 8830?

I would assume that it works on the 8310 since quoting from the web site says " MapQuest 4 Mobile Beta is available for Sprint on the BlackBerry 8830 and AT&T on the BlackBerry 8800, 8820, and 8310. Support for additional handsets is coming soon "

Note it does say for " Sprint " not listing any others
