Hello,
I dissembled my Bold 9700 today in order to gain the LCD Screen serial number, however, did not manage to find one.

I've had a scout about and it seems my ribbon connector is completely different to others, see example:

From what I can see, the ribbon bears no useful numbers to establish the required LCD, from my knowledge.
The phone is made in Hungary.

Thats not the back of the LCD, thats actually the inside of the back

There are two pieces of adhesive holding that onto the motherboard, Its stuck on there good but just pry off that metal backing, and you will see your LCD version

I fix these phones for a living lol
