I want a clear hard plastic case... I ordered a cheap one that doesn't even snap shut. But in general, they seem to have bad reviews for the clear plastic covers, saying that once the phone is in, you need a screwdriver or something to pry it out. Does anyone have one of these? Or can someone give me advice on a good one? I have the 8330 Curve.

Will do, I will take pics also. I have an 8330 with Sprint, it's red. Having a red phone, I also worry about it scratching. I hope this baby protects it. Only thing I am worried about is accessing the side keys...

Will do, should be here Friday, if it ships today. My 8330 is not even a week old has few scratches . But I may exchange tomorrow for a new one, since it's been shutting down randomly through out the day and a hard reset will not fix it.

I just realized it said on the site... That it will not fit, the VZW BlackBerry 8330. Now to my knowledge Sprint 8330 and VZW 8330 are the same size. So did I just shoot myself in the foot on this order?

haha well i guess i'll be going to my sprint store today to purchase theirs. it's only 20 bucks. and the girl that sold me my phone has one. so i'll ask her how hers fits.

Well, if you get it before me. Let me know how it fits, I just got my BB 8330 replaced. I am keeping the plastic film on it, till I find some protective case I like. One that will still show it's color off.

as you mentioned in the post it says it doesnt fit the VW 8330, is there really a size difference between carriers? i thought they were all from bb, made by bb so the same size... this might explain why a case i ordered didnt fit my pink vw 8330

I fond that most CDMA is a bit thinker and rounder on the edges then there counterpart GSM phones. This goes for Smartphone, most regular phones are pretty much the same. Now iDen, they are usually just fat.

VZW (Verizon Wireless) is CDMA, I believe the Curve is a bit thicker. But I do think the 8830 is the same size as the other 8800's? Someone can charm in on that.

thanks.. i am really wondering because i ordered a blinged out pink (dont laugh) case for blackberry from EBAY and i waited over 2 weeks to come and when it finally did it doesnt snap close, its a like a hair too small.. and im mad...
