Default Black berry bold

Please Login to Remove!

we have 5 blackberry bold in our company and found all hand set battery get drain after 1-2 hour, once we have battery in handset but still problem remain, accordinaly me this Blackberry Bold manufactring defect.

1-2 hours is really bad. i would talk to your supplier and get them replaced.

Have them check what is running in the background. Also, have them disable 3G. This will give them much more battery

You should also consider upgrading the phone OS to the lastest one out there .282 I believe. I have had (and many others) exceptional results where battery performance is concerned after an OS upgrade. I now get a full days usage out of my Bold.

In my company certain buildings I get no service on my phone and this would also drain the battery because the phone is constantly looking for 3G service.

Maybe the radio service needs to be disabled.
