I asked iliumsoft again about a e-wallet version for BB10 and again they don't seem to have any plan to develop something, they did say that some users have been downloading the android version of e-wallet onto their Z10.
can one of those users please help me doing that? I desperately need e-wallet

Check on crackberry.com. In the forums they have a list of apps that have been converted for sideloading, along with directions on how to do it.
