Default Problems connecting to my computer.

Please Login to Remove!

I have just got hold of a new Blackberry Pearl 3G but cannot get it to connect to my computer using the USB cable.

When I open the Blackberry Device Manager it says my Blackberry is connected but when I try and transfer music or sync my device using the Blackberry Desktop Software it doesn't recognise the connection.

I have tried removing and re-installing the software and various other things but nothing works!

Can anyone help?

Try downloading the latest drivers onto your computer so that it will recognize your phone.

Did you SEARCH? Doesn't appear that you did.

Start with:

1. Battery pull.
2. No HUB connection
3. Delete/Reinstall DM
