Hey Ho,

another day another problem.. I searched the forum and the web, but i didn't found any solutions on this. Myproblem:

one User cant sync his mails, the only "bad" log entry i found was:
Record 0x284EA incompatible to device (lacks key fields), and will not be synced

I checked the mail settings/path ... all seems to be ok.
But i cant see the read only options from the blackberrydevice(firmware version, space,battery ...)

does somebody have a solution on this?

ive got a similar problem that i will deal with now.

remove user from BES and reactivate

i knew it would come to this... i thought about a resolution where i don't have to trouble the BB - User...


i think i got no Joice

whatever .. but it would be good to know what triggers this issue.
