Default Adding another carrier to BES

Please Login to Remove!

How would I go about adding another carrier/SRP to our BES? On install and testing, we used only Bell-provided bberrys. We are now ready to add more users and they are on the Sprint network.

Finding any sort of troubleshooting for this issue has proven difficult. Is there someone I can contact @ RIM to get a new SRP for Sprint and other carriers? Is there a tool I can use? Anything?

From my understanding, a BES can handle any number of carriers by adding them to the registry entry, separated by commas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

The BES does not worry about carriers, it recognizes devices via their PIN number. You wont need a new SRP or to make any changes in the registry. Try activating a device from another carrier (as long as it is provisioned for BES access) and it should activate just fine.
