Red face Curve 8320 Loop Problem

Please Login to Remove!

I have seen this problem and I have read over the whole thread and search for answers. The only problem I have is that after I connect the blackberry, After it is done with the erasing of apps. It trys to connect to the blackberry to install stuff, but the loop provents it, it just keeps connecting and disconnecting and I keep retrying, but its no use. Please Help =P Thank and God Bless.

What are you doing, trying to update the OS? If so, it does this several times as part of the process and you have to let it run and finish. It takes a long time to finish.

not really, My blackberry has the problem were you it turns on shows a hourglass for a few seconds, it then turns off. and it does that whole thing in a loop. I tried to wipe the blackberry and then install a new OS, But when the program goes to install the OS, it can't connect to the blackberry, because the blackberry, connects and disconnects from the computer. Get it?

Best I can say is try here:

What to do next if Jl Cmder will not connect and wipe - BlackBerryFAQ

A better chronology of what happened and what you've done would help people figure things out.
