Angry cant get pictures on device memory to computer?

Please Login to Remove!

so i took these pictures a couple days ago, and i can't seem to get them on the computer. i tried with both a usb port cable, and a memory card reader. both will read the pictures that are on my memory card, but not the pics that are on device memory. i tried making a new folder and putting them in it, but that didn't work. i should have picture messaging, but when i try to send the pictures to my email they won't send. help please?! its driving me crazy! thanks in advance

You should be able to access your device memory via mass storage mode (using USB cable). Otherwise, another way could be to simply move the picture(s) in question from the device memory to a general folder on your memory card. When you see the picture, press the BlackBerry menu key and there should be an option to "move."

The device memory on the 83xx will not present itself in Mass Storage Mode as a drive to the computer.

You need to use Roxio Media Manager to access the data from a computer. Otherwise, you need to use the device to move them to the Media Card as noted above.

Another way is emailing as an attachment, not picture messaging which I believe is MMS with a very small attachment size limit.

Trim was correct:
