Guys if you put the 9700 eye level from the bottom with the top facing up can you notice that many keys are uneven ... many keys are at an angle going in and some seem sraight ... Is this normal ?

Also does it matter where the bold was made ... Mine was made in Hungary.

I am not sure what you mean by uneveness. Is it uneven within each button or just one side? Can you go to store to compare. If you are not happy, return it. there is a ridge on opposite sides of the buttons to assist with the contour of our hands

Its normal. All the keys on the right side of keyboard angle in to the right, and all the keys on the left angle down to the left
