What OS are you using?

I'm using the Cingular 4.1.0.529 and see Address Book on the choice list for both convenience buttons.

if you disable dial from home screen... send key > Track wheel > options > general options > dial from Home Screen > disable

Then from the home screen you can hit letter "a" (shortcut) and it will take you to the address book.

there are all kinds of shortcut possibilities...

Wink

Some themes do have restrictions on which buttons may be programmed. On my BlackBerry the Address Book applicaiton does, however, always show up in the list of applications when assigning the convenience key.
