Default What do you do during reboot?

Please Login to Remove!

Well in case you don't know it some programs just like to load themselves during reboot. Here's is my list:

Webmessenger's Message Alerts
Webmessenger IM
Google Talk
Yahoo IM
Berry 411
IdeaMatrix
TodoMatrix

So my last reboot after upgrading the last two was 9 minutes or so on my 8700.

So what did I do - roasted some green coffee. Another hobby of mine. Check out Home Coffee Roasting Supplies -Sweet Maria's. Any now you know how I get green.

What do you do during a reboot that is interesting?

Usually it's something that I read here that reminds me to reboot, so while I reboot, I'm reading and posting. I probably need to develop some other interests...

I did not know Yahoo IM and Google Talk load themselves. At least, they don't do it on my 8700g.

However, I noticed the following programs do load themselves after reboot:

Berry411
BB Messenger
BeamBerry

Wirelessly posted (8700c: BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

Maybe I have auto login set. I'll check. What is Beamberry?

Beamberry - pretty good, so far, service for reading MS word, xls, pdf, etc., documents on your BB, and storing them offline for reference later. They have a free trial going. I found out about it in a thread over on aftermarket software and have been trying it out. So far, a little easier interface than Repligo.

I am interested in the coffee roasting, gonna look into that.

Beamberry is a pretty cool "free" download that allows attachment viewing in original format, printing to Bluetooth enabled printers, and organizing files.

At least that's what I use it for.

Anyhow... back on topic.

I usually click my scroll wheel a few times during reboot, and then curse when I still see the hourglass.

fidget. fret. steal glances at the screen while pretending i'm not completely freaking out that this may be the time the hourglass "never runs out"...
