Hey guys,

I've successfully installed and implemented a BES server in our enterprise, with just the one handset on trail - mine! A 8700g.

Anyhow ... from my 'Messages' I can use the Menu to 'view folder' - here I can see a folder list of all other folders I have in my Outlook tree.

But they are all empty when I look inside.

I'm curious - is there a way to enable these folders to by syncronised as well? I guess there is ... where is it hiding ?

Email is not sync'ed on Blackberries. You have to set the filter(s) to forward the mail in order for it to be pushed to the device.

If you're on a BES log into your desktop manager, and goto Redirector Settings>Advanced>Choose Folders... Select all the folders you want,
then click ok and click on the selected folders button and you're on your way. you won't get old emails synched, but any new emails taht you file away should show up on the device.

you can also do it from the handheld by:

Email -> Options -> Email Settings -> Trackwheel Click -> Folder Redirection
