Just got my BB 7250 this afternoon. Everything was working fine. Turned phone on this evening to get a small "JUM Error 102". It allows me to select reset, but then it simply returns to the same screen. HELP!!!!
Pull the Battery leave it out for 60 seconds
Put it back in,
Try to run application load as well
If none of these work contact your wireless service provider.
