i want to reinstall it because i got some errors..
if i update the software with the BlackBerry Desktop Software to the latest version if i go to Options>Phone Options it freezes...
"Uncaught exception:
Application
net_rim_bb_options_app (216) is not responding: process terminated"
and if i downgrade Options>Phone Options works fine
and if i dont update or update i have another problems
1. I'm opening yahoo messenger and try to sign in i get: "Data Services Unavailable"
2. When i'm trying to open BlackBerry App World i get: "The data service is not operational" can't install any app because of that..
if you got any suggestions i'll be glad to try them all just to make my BB work fine..thx

Sounds like you don't have a BlackBerry data plan.
