Upgraded to 4.1 OS and got this improvement:
JBenchmark1: 767 (OS 4.1.0.268 by tom2112, 7250 on Alltel, not using BES)
JBenchmark2: 41 (OS 4.1.0.268 by tom2112, 7250 on Alltel, not using BES)

1.7% increase for JBenchmark1
24% increase for JBenchmark2

Not too shabby for a simple OS upgrade. ;)

I have asked thre times and no one has answered that for me. So it seems that a) no one knows and its a neat thing to do to kill some free time, or b) people do know but its one of those instances of if we tell you wed have to kill you, or c) you have to be a made man to be let in on it.

Your pick since any of these guesses are as good as the other because we still do not know what it all actually means other than with each upgrade I am getting higher numbers, which I assume is good, but that is just an assumption.

BB 7130e on Bell Mobility OS 4.1.0.207

I find the processor on this unit slower than was my 7250... I don;t notice it except for coming out of password protect on sleep. I keep a password in case I lose my device but it takes it a while (3-5 sec) to come out of pwd protect - slightly annoying. I also find it slow during games if wireless is on. anyone else?
