BES SNMP Monitoring with PHP (or ASP)?

Hi,
Wondering if anyone could help me, or if anyone has done this.
Our BES isn't the most stable of things, so I'd like to set up a simple web page that monitors the SNMP status of the besSysHealthSrpConnectedState (.1.3.6.1.4.1.3530.5.25.1.10.1) to have displayed on a monitor in the office for all to see.
PHP has an snmpget() function (which I am also trying to get to work with PHP for IIS).
So far I am only having any luck even reading the SNMP status via an application called "iReasoning MIB Browser" with the BlackBerryServer.mib loaded. Using SNMPUTIL.exe (windows command line) I just get an error when I try to query the SRP status: "Error: errorStatus=2, errorIndex=1".
So I'm a bit lost and confused at this point. Can anyone offer any advice?
