BES 5.0.3 Bundle 12, Exchange View Only Administrator permissions check error. Mixed 2007 and 2010 environment

Hello,
We have the following environment: Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 R2 Domain controllers. Exchange 2007 SP3, Exchange 2010 SP1 with CASArray and DAG.
I am installing BES Express 5.0.3 Bundle 12 using original guide from RIM for Exchange 2010.
During installation on the MAPI Settings page I got the following warning:

The user account [DOMAIN\BESAdmin] does not seem to have the Exchange View Only Administrator permission specified in Microsoft Exchange. .....

I have added BESAdmin to "View-Only Organization Management"
using the following command:
Add-RoleGroupMember "View-Only Organization Management" -Member "BESAdmin".
but got the same warning.
I have tried adding BESAdmin to "Exchange View Only Administrator" security group via AD Users and Computers.
no luck - same warning.

I have run following command on Exchange 2007
add-exchangeadministrator <BESAdmin> -role ViewOnlyAdmin
The command has been applied successfully but I still get the warning on MAPI Settings installation page

I have run following command on Exchange 2007

get-mailboxserver <Exchange 2007> | add-adpermission -user <BESAdmin> -accessrights GenericRead, GenericWrite -extendedrights Send-As, Receive-As, ms-Exch-Store-Admin
The command has been applied successfully but I still get the warning on MAPI Settings installation page

If I move besadmin user to Exchange 2007 I do not get MAPI Settings alert, but if I move user back to Exchange 2010 I still getting the same alert.

May be I should just ignore this warning for Exchange 2010 installation ?
