BES10/BDS after trial phase, no email ...

On sunday I replaced the evaluation CAL with a real CAL, Because the evaluation licencse had ended.
Now, today my Z10 testuser tells me, he is not able to receive/send emails then outside of wifi.
I dont know, and, he also does not, if this is since sunday or, since today.So, this problem must not be related to the new license, but could be.
An activation does not complete, but stops with a server unreachable error.
Question:
Did Anyone else had problems when changing from the trial to a permanent CAL?
The server SRP is of course unchanged - I assume, since the server is supplied for free from blackberry, I dont have to apply for a different license after the evaluation period is over (?), I just change the CAL for the devices I use.
