well that's how it was before, just upgrader for the same version, for example if you have 4.1.4... They never publicly had full versions available. That's why I was confused...

The DL finished for the upgrade download. There is a doc directory but points to blackberry's web site which shows docs for previous versions but not 4.1 SP5. huh?

I can't upgrade until our CEO is back in the office because he depends on his BB so much. I'm sitting here trying not to click on the setup.exe to start the upgrade, a few people are telling me to do it and just say that the we had a small outage or something. I just can't pull the trigger though.
