Hello,

i have a BES express 5 server and a exchange 2010 SP1. Some of the users have now trouble because they get no mails on their bb device.

i took a look in the log file and found this:

MAPIMailbox::MAPIMailbox - OpenMsgStore (0x8004011d) failed,

MAPI call failed. Error 'The information store could not be opened.', LowLevelError 0, Component 'MAPI 1.0', Context 649

This agent will handle 20 user(s)
[30000] (09/28 09:50:32.634):{0x1768} Optimize ThreadPools, total number of started users 15
[40413] (09/28 09:50:32.634):{0x1768} Before optimization: total number of worker threads 4, where 2 non-removable

for the affected user.

But the user worked for a few days good. we changed nothing.

I re-create the mapi profil, i restart the server and the services, too.

Some users on the same bes and exchange server have no trouble. so i think i besadmin have all rights on the exchange.

when i do a get-adpermission -Identity "mailboxuser" i can see that the besadmin has rights on this mailbox.

what should i do ? Have someone any ideas ?

it resolves my problems.
