I have a BB 8900 that I got from China and it has 2 SIMs in it. Do you thikn it's possible to download the latest OS and have it not affect the phones dual SIM card capability? Will it even read the second SIM?

you got a counterfit / knockoff / imitation phone. RIM's OS will not run on this.

just FYI, no official BB has dual sim, a FM radio, a front facing camera, or TV tuner.

I kinda figured it was a Chinaberry. You can see at the top where they took off the "Blackberry" logo. Oh well, it was worth a shot. No biggie
