Hi guys, I'm out of ideas so I'm reaching out to you.
I wrote an application for my work about 9 months ago. We've had it on our servers for download to our sales people. The files themselves haven' t changed and when we grab them out of SourceSafe and attempt to upload them to the server, it doesn't even grab them because it notices that nothing has changed and the files are exactly the same as before.

What could cause this type of error?
Are there certain permissions required by apache in order for them to work?
I can download them but during the install it fails.
Could it be that the spot in memory that is holding onto the blocks is corrupt and since the files are identical it's not getting written to a new allocated space?
