One of my bosses used his PayPal account to setup his App World on his BB and now he can't download anything including the bridge app to his BB so he can bridge it to his PB without App World saying there is a communications error with the server and then pushing him back to the previous screen of "do you want to download your apps?", even if he says NO it still goes into an error and pushes him back to the same YES or NO screen.
I had a similar problem where I couldn't purchase anything from appworld (communication error 13000 if I'm not mistaken). I created a new appworld account but found out that there is nowhere in the Playbook where you can "switch" your appworld account. Ended up reinstalling OS and linking the PB to my new account and it worked.
