no luck here...did the OTA update on a 9700 running os 6, deleted the original bridge pairing, rebooted both (battery pull on 9700), and setup a new bridge pairing. BBM doesnt show up for me. Any ideas?

Did you update Bridge and BBM on your phone? I didn't even have to delete and redo the pairing for mine to work, so I have no idea what might be going wrong for you.

You have Bridge version 1.0.0.83?
BBM 5.0.3.22 0r BBM Beta 6.0.1.xx?
Delete all pairing records from both devices and remove tablet entry in Bridge?
Reboot PB, battery pull berry?
If so, then no. I will search though.

That's definitely the problem. Check for the update in AppWorld on your phone. It will show up eventually (the updates are rolling and not immediately available for everyone at the same time).

Look up for the link to the OTA BBM, but if you have pulled already then it should appear in app world.

Once I updated the bridge to 1.0.0.83 and restarted my BB
BB messenger showed up with an update
Installed the update
restarted both devices
BBM is on the playbook and functioning so far
no repairing
nothing on the playbook to do except restart once the BB has the correct software
at least that has been my experience
